Shaun Dyck has worked his magic and has produced these plates for some of the winners at Southern Cross. "Clydesdales" winners can expect to win either a plate, or butter dish, and a LARGE glass of beer, a double link of Pioneer Meat farmer sausage and a bag of homemade verenikja (mennonite perogies).
