Crosstastic takes place this Saturday and is intended for licensed riders only.
This weekend David and Steven will be mountain biking on the cuyunna trails in the Armageddon 50. I bet the crew at Country Cycles that if David didn't finish the 50 mile course, he'd wear an ape suit at the Planet of the ABES races on Saturday!
The Canadian Cylcross Championships are nearing and the early bird registration closes soon - October 16. Save yourself some cash check out the plethora of race opportunities here.
Planet of the ABES is next weekend and the ABES army is needed to make it all run tickety-boo. Talk to Paul about how you can help out.
